Presenter: David G. Taylor, Ph.D. joined the Jack Welch College of Business in 2010. Dr. Taylor's expertise and scholarly interests include e-commerce, online word-of-mouth, consumer self-expression through online social networks, and consumer/brand relationships. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Taylor worked for more than 13 years in a variety of marketing roles in the corporate and not-for-profit world, including marketing manager, product manager and marketing/communications manager. His most recent position involved managing e-mail newsletters for American Airlines that reached a combined opt-in subscriber base of nearly 8 million customers every month.
Professor Taylor holds a Ph.D. and MBA in marketing from the University of North Texas, a Bachelor of business administration from LeTourneau University and a Bachelor of science in journalism from the University of Texas-Tyler.
Luxembourg Labor Law
Presenter: Guy Castegnaro, LL.M., is an Adjunct Professor of Management at the SHU Jack Welch College of Business in Luxembourg. Guy is the founder of CASTEGNARO, the first employment law niche firm in Luxembourg and founding member of the international alliance Ius Laboris, Global Human Resources Lawyers. He was the chairman of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) from 2012 to 2016.
He is the author and co-author of various articles and books on employment law, including Employment in Luxembourg: A Practical Guide to Luxembourg Employment and Social Security Law. Guy is a partner of the editor Legitech in the framework of the regularly published “Code du travail annoté”.
Finally ,Guy is a speaker and a chairman at various conferences on employment law topics. He is teaching Luxembourg social security law at the University of Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg employment law in the framework of the Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois for the future Luxembourg lawyers.

Presenter: Benjamin de Seille has 15 years’ experience in international business development. During his professional career, he managed dozens of SME’s internationalizations targeting different global markets. Serial entrepreneur, he founded a portfolio of 4 companies in Luxembourg and Qatar over the last 10 years.
He holds a Master Degree in Finance and Economics from HEC Business School – University of Liège, and a specialization from the Luxembourg Financial Institute (IFBL). He started his career with General Bank of Luxembourg (BGL) as a business developer in the investment fund industry. Today, Benjamin teaches the International Business Strategy course at the Sacred Heart University in Luxembourg, in the frame of the Welch MBA.

Presenter: Dr Marcus B. Müller is a full-time Professor of Management at Sacred Heart University. He teaches courses in leadership, organizational psychology, negotiations as well as management. During his 16 year professional career in the world of global finance he negotiated several billion worth of transactions in fields such as corporate finance, asset finance, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. His research focuses on performance, motivation, health and well-being.
Presenter: Esther Celosse, LL.M. Course
Esther holds a Master Degree in Law with a specialization in international corporate and tax law. Esther has received her coaching certification from BAO Elan Vital School of Coaching in Brussels. She is an accredited coach and member of the International Coach Federation. In addition she is certified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and certified to act as Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) practitioner.
As a Dutch registered Mediator, she has specialized in mediating international Business2Business sensitive situations. Presenter: Professor Hakan Lucius is Professor of Management and Finance. He teaches at the Executive MBA at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and is a full time professional at the European Investment Bank (EIB), managing multicultural teams. Prof. Lucius received a Ph.D. with distinctions in industrial economics, an MBA from INSEAD, France, and an MSc in Engineering from Vienna Technical University. At the EIB, Prof. Lucius is heading Corporate Responsibility and Civil Society, covering sustainability and stakeholder engagement dimensions of the institution. Prior to this, he worked in financing operations within and outside the European Union. He currently also serves as the President of the European Investment Bank’s Pension Board, and is on the eligibility committees of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry’s Environmental fund label and of the ESG fund label, he is member of the European Investment Bank Institute’s Social Committee and of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House.
Presenter: Dr. Nicolas Neysen is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management. Nicolas earned a PhD in Management in 2009 from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (BE) where he still teaches Strategy at graduate level. He is also Guest Lecturer at HEC-ULg (BE) and EDHEC Business School (FR). His main research interests cover digital strategy and market intermediation. In 2011 Nicolas joined Accenture as a Business Consultant. He is currently Manager within the company’s Business Strategy department in Luxemburg. Mostly active in the Financial Services industry, his recent projects include strategic and tactical planning, operating model design, and organizational change.

Presenter: Julian Troian, graduated in Economics and Banking Sciences at University of Udine, Italy. Initially working in Paris at the Headquarters of Banque Sudameris he first discovered the importance of keeping and nurturing talent in organizations. Next he moved to Milan at the Bank’s mother company Intesa San Paolo. Based in Udine, Julian accepted the role of HR Director Europe at Snaidero, 4th European manufacturer of fitted kitchens. He then became HR and Organization Director of Stroili Oro Group, the largest jewellery chain in Europe.
Since 2010, he has been HR Director EMEA at Ampacet Corporation taking care of engagement programs, leadership development, strategic recruitment, personnel well-being, organization analysis and re-design. He is now HR Director of Etix Group and has covered senior HR Roles in Industrial Multinationals, Private Equity owned companies, Retail Business and Banking, always focusing on engagement programs, leadership development, strategic recruitment, personnel well-being, organization analysis and re-design. Presenter: Benedikt Jonas has more than 17 years of experience in International Marketing, Branding and Digital Strategy. He is a Consulting Director at PwC Luxembourg helping clients on customer experience, digital transformation and strategy. Benedikt has been leading Brand and Digital Marketing in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa where he was responsible for PwC’s global brand repositioning and implementation in 2010. Benedikt has conducted several global assignments for PwC in New York including Global Brand Programmes, Brand Measurement, Social Media and Digital Strategy.

Presenter: Alfred Steinherr graduated from Université de Lausanne, McMaster University (MA, economics) and George Washington University (MS, mathematics). He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University and an honorary doctorate from the Université de Nancy, France. During his time as Professor of economics at the Université Catholique de Louvain he served in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund in Washington and as Economic Advisor to the Commission of the European Union. He joined the European Investment Bank as Director of the Financial Research Department and moved on to become the Chief Economist. After retiring from the EIB he served as head of macroeconomics at the Deutsche Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung in Berlin and as Rector/Professor of Economics at the University of Bolzano, Italy. For eight years Alfred was advisor to the government of Kazakhstan and served as advisor to the United Arab Emirates together with Nobel Laureate, Professor Robert A. Mundell, and now serves on several boards of academic and financial institutions.
