"Not too many employers guarantee in advance a systematic promotion after the achievement of the MBA, but career advancement is in reality boosted by the MBA indirectly through the increase in business knowledge and management/leadership skills, which enhances personal development and confidence. What I valued best during my MBA experience at SHU was the opportunity to share ideas with professionals from diverse backgrounds in and outside the classrooms on a broad variety of business topics, and to build business and social networks with both classmates and professors. And the program’s flexible course schedule was convenient during the times when I had business trips.

Engaging in a part-time MBA program while working full time, it wasn’t easy to maintain a well-balanced personal-professional-academic lifestyle. Nevertheless, now looking back, I must admit that the benefits drawn from the MBA experience at SHU was worth all the effort."
