Annual General Assembly Meeting
The Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGAM) took place on Wednesday, the 14th of March at 7:00 PM at Cercle Munster Luxembourg.

- Brief review of 2011-2012 activities
- Report from the Treasurer
- Approval of the report
- Discharge of the elected Members of the Board
- Election of a new Board
- Any other business
The new Members of the Board are as follows:
- Clara Moraru, President
- David Bruchlacher, Vice-President
- Pierre Arens, Treasurer
- Carole Retter, Student Liaison
- Antoine Rech, non-executive Member of the Board
Following the AGAM, there was a conference with dinner beginning at 8:00 PM at the Cercle Munster Luxembourg.
"Trends in ICT"Georges Muller, Vice President of the SHULA from 2004 to 2009 and currently Director of artelis S.A./Cegecom S.A./VSE NET GmbH presented.
