Important Note: For security purposes, no walk-ins will be accepted. Identification will be required upon arrival. Participants must have their ID's in order to pass a security check-in at the EIB. As the security of the bank is reinforced at the moment, we have been informed that those who show up to the conference without being on the registration list won't have the authorization to assist to the conference.

"What the role of the Minister of Finance of Luxembourg could look like in 2030"
Minister of Finance to Receive Honorary Doctorate at Special Academic Convocation
Sacred Heart University kicked off the 2014 - 2015 Conference Cycle with a Special Academic Convocation on Thursday, February 12th at the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg.
The Honorable Pierre Gramegna, Minister of Finance of Luxembourg, received the Doctor of Laws, honoris causa. Mr. James T. Morley, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart University, conferred the honorary degree on Mr. Gramegna, who has served as Luxembourg's Minister of Finance since December 2013.
In addition to the conferral by Mr. Morley, the presentation of the degree included a laudatio reading by Former Rector of the University of Luxembourg Professor Dr. Rolf Tarrach, and vesting of the hood by Dr. Alfred Steinherr, Academic Director of Sacred Heart University Luxembourg.
Mr. Gramegna addressed the audience on his vision of "What the role of the Minister of Finance of Luxembourg could look like in 2030".
