Academic Standards & Policies

Continuous Enrollment Policy: Graduate students must maintain continuous enrollment in the program. Students who fail to enroll for two consecutive terms (exclusive of summer term) must reapply for admission. The MBA director may require the student to meet current admissions requirements as a condition of readmission. Students who are readmitted must adhere to the guidelines and curriculum in effect at the date of readmission. 

Academic Probation Policy: Any student whose GPA is below 3.0 will be considered to be on academic probation and may be required to obtain written permission from the program director before registering for additional course work.

Program Dismissal Policy: MBA students whose cumulative GPA is below 2.7 after completion of 18 credit hours (6 courses) will be dismissed from the graduate studies program. Certificate students whose cumulative GPA is below 2.7 after completion of 6 credit hours (2 courses) will be dismissed from the graduate studies program.
