Esther Celosse, LL.M., Adjunct Professor of Management, Sacred Heart University LuxembourgEsther Celosse has an international business background. She has a career of 25 years working in the financial service industry and personal development services, while living in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Chile, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. She moved back to Luxembourg in 2013 together with her husband, after an earlier stay of 4 years from 2001 till 2005.


Her areas of expertise include executive leadership, coaching and mentoring of teams, customer relationships, change management, project management and facilitation of strategy and innovation meetings. She is an Adjunct-Professor at the Sacred Heart University Luxembourg Campus and teaches international students in the MBA program. Her courses are on Change Management, Team Management, Project Management and Leadership Development and she acts a coach and mentor to several MBA students.


Esther holds a Master Degree in Law with a specialization in international corporate and tax law. She is a qualified Executive Coach and she is member of the International Coach Federation. In addition she is certified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan assessments and certified to act as Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) practitioner. Being a Dutch registered Mediator, she has specialized in mediating international Business2Business sensitive situations. Esther speaks Dutch, French, German, Spanish and English.
