Jens Hoellermann, MBA, Adjunct Professor SHU Luxembourg

Jens has more than 12 years of experience in alternative asset management including fund administration and fund
management and more than 12 years of experience as a lawyer in mergers and acquisitions. His experience of the
industry covers several elements, such as legal, corporate governance, implementing fund management, and devising
investment holding structures, transaction structuring and portfolio and risk management regarding private equity,
venture and growth capital, real estate, credit, mezzanine, secondaries, and infrastructure.

During his career, Jens has served as a board member of funds and SPVs, including securitization vehicles and management companies. Amongst others,
he worked for a one of the world’s largest service provider in the directorship services department and for two major private equity firms.

strategies across Europe, and was a member of the board of managers and of supervisory boards.
Jens is recognized in Luxembourg as an expert for alternative assets and is active in various industry bodies. He holds a
Master’s degree in laws of the University of Cologne, Germany, and an MBA from the John F. Welch College of
Business, Fairfield, CT, USA. Jens is fluent in German and English and has basic capability in French and
Luxembourgish. He is resident and domiciled in Luxembourg.
