Max Weber is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the SHU Jack Welch College of Business in Luxembourg. He studied Business Administration and Finance at IC Cooremans in Brussels before getting an MBA from the Free University of Brussels.
After his studies, Max Weber joined IBM’s Finance Department in Belgium’s capital city, and was working for two years on a number of Channel Financing issues. In 1997, Max returned to his home country of Luxembourg to join TDK Recording Media Europe’s Headquarters, and was appointed Product Marketing Manager Europe for TDK’s range of recording media products. In 2003, he joined Sources Rosport as Marketing Director and became Managing Director in 2010.
Max founded the Luxembourg’s Marketing Association (ALMAC) in 2009, and is currently heading the association. In addition to his duties as President of the ALMAC, Max is also President to the Packaging & Environment Association Luxembourg, and an active member of FICEB (Fédération de l’Industrie et du Commerce des Eaux et des Boissons Non-Alcoolisées du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg), FJD(Young Manager’s Federation of Luxembourg) and CENARP (Cercle National des Relations Publiques).
