Dorothea Brunner Gloor, Dr.phil., EMC, M.S.

Dorothea Brunner Gloor is an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University Luxembourg, where she currently teaches the course ‘Leading and Influencing with Integrity’.

Dorothea is a seasoned lecturer in the field of leadership and organizational behavior, with 15 years of teaching experience at different universities and business schools in Switzerland and France, NEOMA and ESCP Paris amongst them.

She holds a Doctorate in Work & Organizational Psychology from University of Zurich, as well as an Executive Master in Change, received at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Her career led Dorothea from academia to HR positions in a big insurance group, Senior Consultant in a boutique consulting firm for strategic HR, to working independently today as executive coach, trainer and consultant.

Being fascinated by the complexity of human behaviour and the hidden dynamics of organizations, Dorothea founded dbg in 2018, guiding individuals, groups and organizations through phases of transitions.
