Esther Celosse, LL.M., Professor of Management, Sacred Heart University LuxembourgEsther Celosse has an international business background with a career of over 30 years working in different commercial, management and strategic positions in the Netherlands, the Caribbean, Chile, France, Belgium and currently Luxembourg.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Esther is Director Student Experiences and Full-time Professor of Management at the Sacred Heart University in Luxembourg. Her areas of expertise include development and management of coaching & mentorship programs for students and alumni, leadership competencies development, change & innovation management and facilitation of strategy & idea generation meetings. Next to her position at the University she is an independent consultant and trainer in the area of leadership, change management and innovation, she operates in the Grande Region out of Luxembourg via Esther Celosse Consulting & Training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Esther holds a Master Degree in Law with a specialization in international corporate and tax law, is a qualified Executive Coach, is certified in MBTI, acts as NLP practitioner and is Hogan Assessments certified. In addition, she is a Dutch registered mediator. Esther speaks Dutch, French, German, Spanish and English.
