Esther Celosse, LL.M., Professor of Management, Sacred Heart University LuxembourgEsther Celosse has an international business background with a career of over 25 years in the financial sector working in different commercial, management and strategic positions in the Netherlands, the Carribbean, Chile, France, Belgium and currently Luxembourg.


Esther is a Full-time Professor of Management at the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University in Luxembourg. Her areas of expertise include executive leadership, coaching and mentoring of teams, customer relationships, change management, project management and facilitation of strategy and innovation meetings. Next to her position at the University she is an independent consultant and trainer in the area of executive leadership, change management, project management and innovation and in that capacity she operates in the Grande Region out of Luxembourg via Esther Celosse Consulting & Training.


Esther holds a Master Degree in Law with a specialization in international corporate and tax law, is a qualified Executive Coach, is certified in MBTI, acts as NLP practitioner and is Hogan Assessments certified. In addition she is a Dutch registered mediator. Esther speaks Dutch, French, German, Spanish and English.
